The room was charming and a decent size with a nice vintage style. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was newly renovated and clean, it had comfy and handy location near Union square. We got a brand-new and well-equipped room and excellent service. It was great to have a bar in the lobby. Location: the property was just off next subway and other big stores and dining options. The lunch in Zzan steps away from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

the hotel was fairly clean based in a victorian style building with service-minded staff. the service was absolutely excellent. lobby had a bar. the location was comfortable, relatively close to a people-watching plaza. the venue was a great base for enjoying a safe area.

The staff was excellant and able to meet all requests. Also I liked the breakfast coffee and juice on the floor levels rather than having to go to the lobby in the morning.
The bed was only moderately comfortable. Definitely could use an upgrade.

I liked the details such as breakfast being available on each floor. The fresh flower in the room was a niche touch.
The bathroom was very small, but that is part of urban hotels it you don't want a high price tag.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Andrews Hotel and didn't want to leave. The hotel has been newly remodeled, fairly clean, and has service-oriented and outstandingly helpful staff.- Excellent service provided by the staff.- The central location of the hotel was a definite plus.
